1. Prepare and submit trustee authority, report, & beneficiary notices.

2. Schedule deadlines, prepare notices, and provide notices for service, publication, and mailing.

3. Instruct client on preparing inventory (or obtaining waivers).

4. Instruct client on providing final accounting (or obtaining waivers).

5. Instruct client on preparing notices for final distributions; preparing receipts, releases, and

waivers; and making final distribution.

6. Prepare trust closing statement.
