This flat-fee service includes one formal demand letter from our law firm, reasonable attempts through phone and email to resolve the demands, and one 60-minute appointment (no more than 60 days after the date of the Demand Letter) to evaluate the opposing party’s response and evaluate whether further legal action will be necessary.

At the end of the 60-minute appointment, if you require further services, we will continue under a new hourly Engagement Agreement. We will not draft other documents or file anything in court under this service package. If your needs change, a new addendum must be signed, and necessary payment made.
